Every quote is based on a proper site assessment, not a rough guess over the phone. We measure up, assess surface conditions, and factor in prep work, number of coats, and product selection. There are no hidden add-ons — what's in the quote is what you pay.

We predominantly use Dulux premium paints across our residential and commercial projects. We specify the right product for each surface — whether that's interior low-sheen, exterior weatherboard, or a specialist primer for bare surfaces. We're happy to walk you through our product recommendations as part of the quoting process.

It depends on the size and scope of the project. A standard interior repaint of a 4-bedroom home typically takes 3–5 days. We'll give you a clear timeframe before work starts and keep you updated throughout. We don't disappear mid-job — communication is a big part of how we work.

We'll take care of the protection side — furniture, floors, and fittings are all covered before we start. For larger moves (like heavy wardrobes or beds), we appreciate a hand where you can, but we'll talk through exactly what's needed during the quote stage so there are no surprises.

Perfex Painting manages our own crew across our jobs. When we do bring in additional painters for larger projects, they work under our direct supervision to the same standard we hold ourselves to. Either way, we're the ones accountable for the result — and we stand behind it.
